This casino is scamming me: I have a withdrawal of €875 three days ago and they tell me in the chat that it takes 3 days to process the withdrawals. I send an email and they reply (which is rare for them to reply because they never do) that they have many withdrawals pending processing and that I should be patient.
After a few minutes I receive a withdrawal of €100 made today, the 24th, but they leave behind the €875 withdrawal from the 21st.
In the terms and conditions they say that they will pay out older withdrawals first but it seems that they don't even comply with those terms. I have not seen a worse casino than this one because I feel cheated and scammed after depositing a lot of money, the treatment they give me is terrible and I have decided not to play at this bad casino anymore.
I hope this doesn't happen to other users, but my obligation is to put a bad review and tell Casino Guru that the rating they give it is too high. Let's not fool ourselves.
Este casino me estafa: tengo un retiro de 875€ desde hace tres dias y me dicen en el chat que son 3 días para procesar los retiros. Mando un correo y me contestan( que ya es raro que contesten porque nunca lo hacen) que tienen muchos retiros pendientes de procesar y que tenga paciencia.
Al cabo de unos minutos recibo un retiro de 100 € hecho hoy día 24 pero dejan detrás el de 875€ del día 21.
En los terminos y condiciones dicen que pagaran antes los retiros más antiguos pero se ve que ni siquiera cumplen con esos términos. No he visto un casino peor que este porque mesiento engañado y estafado después de depositar bastante dinero, el trato que me dan es nefasto y he decidido no jugar mas en este mal casino.
Espero no les pase esto a los demás usuarios pero mi obligación es poner una mala reseña y decirle casino Guru que la calificación que le Dan es demasiado alta. No nos engañemos
