I made my first withdrawal over 20 days ago, and in the live chat, they keep telling me the same thing: that many people have made withdrawals, and they're doing their best to process the payment. They thank you for your understanding, but is it really possible to wait more than 23 days to receive the winnings in your account? Then, I sent more than one email to customer service about a week ago, and I haven't received a response. I even checked my spam folder. I don't know what else to do…

Ho fatto il primo prelievo più di 20 giorni fa mi dicono sempre la stessa cosa nella chat online tempo reale che ci sono molte persone che hanno effettuato prelievi e che ce la stanno mettendo tutta per fare il pagamento e ti ringraziano per la comprensione ma sarà possibile più di 23 giorni per avere i soldi vinti nel conto….poi scrivo più di una mail al servizio clienti ormai una settimana fa e neanche rispondono ho controllato anche nella posta indesiderata non so più come fare…

Yes of course I am very happy to answer you and the first time I make a win at this casino so the first time I make a withdrawal, as regards the verification I registered with spid and in the casino it tells me "it seems that your account does not require verification. have fun with our games".

I had accumulated something with the bonuses but then I spent them and I had to make 2 withdrawals of €500 which is the daily limit for withdrawals (this is also absurd)

Sì certo sono molto lieto di risponderti e la prima volta che faccio una vincita a questo casinò quindi la prima volta che effettuo un prelievo,per quanto riguarda la verifica mi sono registrato con spid e nel casinò mi dice "sembra che il tuo account non richieda una verifica.divertiti con i nostri giochi".

avevo accumulato qualcosa con i bonus ma poi quelli li ho spesi e ho dovuto fare 2 prelievi da 500€ che il limite giornaliero per i prelievi(assurdo anche questo)

I don't know if this is your merit but they just credited my withdrawals after more than 23 days they succeeded!!!! Anyway I will never play at Malina casino again after a birth like that!!!
