To be more specific we can not agree with the statement that all provided information has been reviewed correctly. 

We would like to clarify that Aringarosa87 has created his first account that was active till blocking request with reason gambling addiction. 

That request has been processed correctly from our side and we informed former member of the gaming platform that in case of opening of any new account after blocking of the original member account had been closed for the reason of gambling addiction, any funds held in additional member account(s) will be immediately forfeited and no winnings shall be paid out under any circumstance. 

Also that information stated in the Terms and Conditions of the gaming platform. 

After that two more accounts of the Aringarosa87 have been detected.

That is a violation of two crucial points - the fact of block after informing us about gambling addiction and Multi Account that is forbidden on the gaming platform.
