I made two deposits of 20 euros each. However, neither of them reflected in my casino balance, but both were deducted from my bank account.

They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

I can only express my deepest sympathy for fairspin's lack of professionalism and seriousness.

I've done everything I can to get the problem resolved, but there's always a PDF or some other document missing.

I'd also like to make it clear that I've lost 20 euros on the whole thing, as only one of the two transactions was successfully completed.

Fairspin the problem is on your side and I'm the one who has to provide the information, not only have I already provided it but I don't have to.

Please don't play games with me, I don't even care about the money anymore but at least admit your mistake and be more professional.
