Я вже давно граю в цьому казино, я платиновий VIP і не можу поскаржитися, все чудово. Особистого агента підтримки VIP не було кілька тижнів, і відтоді нічого не працювало. Отримав 20 безкоштовних обертів, я зміг зіграти 8 з них, потім з'явилося повідомлення про помилку, я повідомив про це в чаті, вони хотіли передати це технічному відділу і тепер я чекаю на відповідь протягом 8 тижнів.
Навіть після кількох запитів у чаті я отримую лише повідомлення, що відділ все ще працює над цим. Я відчуваю себе трохи обдуреним, а тим часом я також трохи злий через надпоганий персонал підтримки!
I've been playing at this casino for a long time, I'm a platinum VIP and couldn't really complain, everything's great. The personal VIP support agent hasn't been there for a few weeks, and nothing has really worked since then. Got 20 free spins for free, I was able to play 8 of them, then an error message came up, I reported it in the chat, they wanted to pass it on to the technical department and now I've been waiting for a reply for 8 weeks.
Even after several inquiries in the live chat, I only get the message that the department is still working on it. I feel a bit cheated and meanwhile I'm also a bit angry about the meanwhile super bad support staff!
Spiele schon sehr lange in diesem Casino, bin platin VIP und konnte mich eigentlich nicht beschweren, alles top. Seit einigen Wochen ist der persönliche VIP Support agent aber nicht mehr da, seitdem funktioniert wirklich garnichts mehr. Hab 20 freispiele geschenkt bekommen, davon konnte ich 8 spielen, dann kam eine Error Meldung, habe das im Chat gemeldet, dieser wollte das an die technische Abteilung weitergeben und nun warte ich schon seit 8 Wochen auf eine Rückantwort.
Auch nach mehreren Nachfragen im live Chat bekomme ich nur gesagt, die Abteilung bearbeitet das noch. Fühle mich etwas veräppelt und bin mittlerweile auch etwas erbost über die mittlerweile mega schlechten Support Mitarbeiter!
