I created an account with Betovo 3 days ago and claimed the 200 Euro bonus, which means you get another 200 Euro for every 200 deposit. After winning 2-3 times in a row, I tried to withdraw the money, but it's not possible because you have to fulfill the bonus requirements first. To use the bonus, you have to have wagered 2400 Euro, and for every bet you place, no matter how high, a maximum of 50 Euros is added. When I then tried to use it, I was limited to 1 Euro per bet with 40% progress. When I asked, I was told that there was no point in discussing it. After I desperately tried to get 88% with 1 Euro bets, all my bets were blocked and I am no longer able to place a bet. When I write to support via live chat, nothing happens. They don't help you on purpose and say that the team will take care of it, but nothing happens. Now I have the following problem: I can't access the bonus because I can't bet anymore, and I can't withdraw because the bonus is still active. If I cancel the bonus, I'll lose all my balance. It's a complete rip-off. I don't know what to do because the live chat is made up of bots that write the same thing, and their support email isn't even real. I'm afraid the website is a complete scam. Can you help me with this?

ich habe mir vor 3 Tagen ein Konto bei Betovo erstellt und habe da den 200 Euro Boni in Anspruch genommen, das man bei einer Einzahlung von 200 nochmal 200 Euro dazu bekommt. Nachdem ich 2-3 mal hintereinander gewonnen habe, habe ich versucht das Geld auszuzahlen, was aber nicht geht, weil man den Boni erst erfüllen muss. Bei dem Boni muss man 2400 Euro gesetzt haben, bei jeder Wette die man macht egal wie hoch wird maximal 50 Euro dazugerechnet. Als ich dann versucht habe es umzusetzen wurde ich bei 40% Prozent Fortschritt auf 1 Euro Einsatz pro Wette limitiert, nach Nachfrage hieß es das es da nichts zu diskutieren gibt. Nachdem ich krampfhaft mit 1 Euro Wetten auf 88% gekommen bin wurden mir alle Wetten gesperrt und ich habe garnicht die Möglichkeit eine Wette abzugeben. Wenn ich den Support anschreibe im live Chat kommt auch nichts bei rum, die helfen einem extra nicht und sagen das sich das Team drum kümmert aber da passiert nichts. Jetzt habe ich folgendes Problem, ich kann den Boni nicht erreichen, da ich nicht mehr wetten kann und kann nicht auszahlen, weil der Boni noch aktiv ist. Wenn ich den Boni abbreche verliere ich das gesamte Guthaben was ich habe, reine abzocke. Ich weis nicht was ich machen soll da der Livechat irgendwelche bots sind die als das gleiche schreiben und die Support Email von denen ist garnicht echt, meine Befürchtung ist es das die Homepage reiner Betrug ist. Könnt ihr mir da irgendwie helfen ?

Am Anfang wurde ich wie gesagt auf 1 Euro pro Einsatz limitiert, damit ich den Bonus schwieriger erreiche bei ungefähr 40%. Inzwischen wo ich kurz davor bin wurden mir die Wetten komplett gesperrt. Wenn man den Support drauf anspricht sagen die als das gleiche, das sie damit nichts zu tun haben und nicht wissen was das Problem sein soll. Ich sehe jedoch das das prickeln nur Auftritt, wenn ich mich in meinen Account einlogge.
