Деякі ігри не працюють

Hello people, I hope I'm in the right place 😉 I have a problem, I often play in different online casinos, but there are games that don't work. Oops, an error has occurred, including Stormfoge, which doesn't work at all and with Xmas Drop and Hand of Annubis, as soon as there are free spins, errors occur and I have to restart then cancel the fp I only see the winnings but never the free spins. Maybe someone else has it and has a solution to my problem. I would be grateful for any help 😉

Hallo leute hoffe ich bin hier richtig 😉 habe ein problem ich spiel häufig in online casinos verschiedene aber es gibt spiele die laufen nicht ups ein fehler ist aufgetreten ua stormfoge geht gar nicht und bei xmas drop sowie hand of annubis sobal freispiele kommen fehler und neustart muss dann die fp abbrechen sehe nur den gewinn aber nie die freispiele hat das evtl noch jemand und hat eine lösung meines problems über jede hilfe bin ich euch dankbar 😉

Hi, I think in this case you should contact the casino support and try to find out where the problem might be. They should be able to give you the best answer and investigate if something is wrong. Have you tried this yet ? Also, does it happen to you with games from a certain provider or are there different ones ? 

Of course, other players may be able to help you with their experience, but I feel the information from the source will be the most up to date. 🙂

Hello and thanks for the answer. I'm currently playing on Casinotogether. I've also tried it with Vave or Monro. Always the same error. So it doesn't seem to be the problem, but rather me. I'll write to support, maybe they know they're both hacksaw games I can play all the others

I've tried other browsers and it's the same thing. I thought I'd ask. Every now and then I'll get some good tips

hallo und danke für die antwort also ich spiele aktuell auf casinotogether habe es auch bei vave oder monro versucht immer der gleiche fehler also scheint es nicht am casi zu liegen sondern an mir ich werde mal den support anschreiben evtl wissen die ja etwas beides sind hacksaw spiele alle anderen kann ich spielen

habe schon andere browser versucht da ist das gleiche dachte ich frag mal nach ab und an kommen ja gute tipps bei rum

I wrote to support and found a solution, all games run on Firefox, so my problem is solved. Thanks in any case for the tip

habe mit den support geschrieben und eine lösung gefunden auf firefox laufen alles spiele somit ist mein problem gelösst danke auf jeden fall für den tipp
