Hey, I don't see any problem with why the casino shouldn't pay you based on what you're saying. It's common for players to withdraw using the same method they used to deposit. But if that's not possible and you asked for an alternative, then I don't really understand why, even though you deposited and wagered the deposit, they still have a problem. 

If this persists and they don't want to pay you and you don't know what to do next, then a complaint was a good step to take.
