I had a successful withdrawal that was fully processed by Verde Casino and I even received an email confirming the transfer, but the money hasn't arrived in my account!

The live chat is just stalling me, saying that my inquiry about where my money is has been forwarded to the finance department and I should wait!

The payment has been fully processed and the money has supposedly been sent out.

What an outrage!!!

Otherwise, if it said "processed," the money would be in my account within minutes.

ich habe eine erfolgreiche Auszahlung die komplett verarbeitet wurde vom verdecasino habe auch eine Mail bekommen, dass die Auszahlung überwiesen wurde, dass Geld ist nicht auf meinem Konto angekommen !

der livechat hält mich nur hin und sagt die Anfrage wo mein Geld bleibt ist zur finanzabteilung weiter geleitet worden und ich soll warten!

die Auszahlung ist komplett bearbeitet und das Geld wurde angeblich raus geschickt.

eine Frechheit!!!

sonst wenn da stand bearbeitet war das Geld innerhalb Minuten auf meinem Konto.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
