At least, I'm not aware of a single positive report of the full amount being collected. There's only one report that a partial payment was collected, and then Mr. Gre** terminated the payment service provider, and that's all we know...

So, I think even if the appeal is rejected, it takes forever. You'll have to go through the legal process in Malta before you even get a judgment. It'll take at least five years, and by then they might all be gone. I hope I'm wrong, but I've been waiting for almost five years now, and it's practically hopeless. The law firms aren't even giving me any feedback or information anymore.

österreich war Deutschland um Jahre voraus mit den Klagen und Urteilen.

Da haben einigen schon seit Jahren OGH Urteile und Exekutionstitel die EU weit gelten und 30 Jahre aktiv sind und keiner hat Geld gesehen. Zumindest kenne ich keinen einzigen positiven Bericht zu einer vollstreck der Gesamtsumme. Es gibt nur einen Bericht, dass mal eine Teilsumme vollstreckt wurde und dann hat Mr Gre** den zahlungsdienstleister gekündigt und mehr weiß man nicht …

also ich denke auch wenn die Berufung abgelehnt wird. Bis du dann einen Titel hast und dann auf Malta noch Verfahren führen musst. Unter 5 Jahre geht da garnichts und bis dahin sind die vl alle schon weg . Ich hoffe ich täusche mich aber ich warte seit fast 5 Jahren jetzt und es ist quasi aussichtslos und die Kanzleien geben nicht mal mehr Rückmeldungen oder Infos

außerdem ist von advofin ja ein Verfahren in Berufung das ja Ende Oktober verhandelt werden sollte ? Warst das du ? Der Fall bez Gerhard P**** wurde ja sogar in den Malta Nachrichten gezeigt und davon berichtet und das war das Urteil aus Februar und das wurde nicht gewonnen und Abgelehnt
