Stamattina ho comunque riprovato a contattare gli operatori in live chat, una certa "Selena" mi ha comunicato di aver inoltrato la mia richiesta direttamente al direttore del dipartimento, invitandomi ad attendere la giornata di oggi. Chiaramente a questo punto e, dopo aver atteso già 17 giorni lavorativi, sono piuttosto dubbioso di ogni parola che mi si venga detta da questi suddetti operatori. Ho ancora 1200 euro da prelevare, mi auguro con tutto il cuore che non debba aspettare un altro mese.
